Titan Citadel LLC provides an AI-powered platform to generate written content for e-commerce products (e.g., product descriptions, titles) and social media posts. Our algorithms analyze the information you provide to generate customized copy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment and Credits

Our Service uses a prepaid credit model. You must purchase credits via Stripe to generate AI-powered content. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your payment card details. By purchasing credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Prices and available credit packages are listed on our Site and may be updated from time to time.

4. Refund Policy

If you do not use your purchased credits, you may request a refund for any remaining unused credits. To request a refund, contact us at contact@titancitadel.com. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 7–10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that credits were used.

5. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, Florida state law and U.S. federal law.
  • You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our Service or underlying technology.
  • You agree not to upload, generate, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Titan Citadel LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and Florida intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent. The AI-generated content you create using the Service is licensed to you for commercial and non-commercial use, provided that you comply with these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TITAN CITADEL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TITAN CITADEL LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you waive all claims against us. Sections on intellectual property, limitations of liability, and general provisions will survive termination.
